Your order
Once an order is placed, it takes 3-4 weeks for us to complete it. In our atelier in Latvia each garment is produced with care and consistency quality-wise.

Shipping
We deliver our products to Europe (2-5 business days) or any other international destination (3-10 business days).
All items are shipped in ecologically sustainable packaging, ensuring both the protection of your new piece and our planet.
Our clients are responsible for any custom and import tax payments in cases when such are applicable.
Please let us know in case it appears that the parcel has been lost in transit – info@pixiewontplay.com.

Payment
We accepts payments made by major credit cards or through PayPal.
All prices are stated in EUR with VAT included (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges.
